Kendall Jenner Pepsi Commercial

I think that although this commercial had good parts and bad parts. It did show a multi racial group of people, and a lot of people like to feel included, which therefore the commercial appeals to a larger audience. As well, they did show people coming together (Kendall Jenner goes from modeling to protesting) and all supporting one cause, which also makes this commercial encouraging to watch (people coming together to support peace). They did make the commercial memorable as well, because they used a famous person and a more controversial way to present the Pepsi can, such as Kendall giving the Pepsi can to the police man. I found that although this action brought attention, it came off as insensitive and tone deaf because it was during the Black Lives Matter movement, and they were profiting off of an important historical moment.
